#9		On the truck that arrives after you open the token well.
#10		Next to the turret in the Turret Outpost token area to the south-east.
#11		After the Ganesh Trident Fortress in the south-east, on a truck outside.
#12		In front of the archway entrance to the Hoysala monkey area in the north-east of the map.

#13		Orange box in a bottom of the fountain structure near the curved steps up to Nadine and the giant bell.
#14		Another orange box in the same APC fight area, complete opposite side in another smashed open fountain structure.

Just inside on the upper left side of the city near the start of the chapter.

All five are in the Helicopter Fight area at the end. Make sure to open them before you take down the helicopter.
